there a charge to use this site? A: NO! It is a complimentary site (totally free) for ALL IBOs who have upgraded to the APFlex Program. It comes with three APFlex videos and two webinars for your prospects to see. Q: Can I see a demo of APWebinar.com before I get my own site? A: Yes! Just visit http://www.apwebinar.com/demo and complete the form there. You will get two emails, so you will see what you and your prospect will receive via email. Q: Do
I need to register my replicated site with
AmeriPlan® as an
alternative site? A: NO!
Because the site can not be modified by individual IBOs, there is no
requirement for you to register your site. The main site has been
registered with AmeriPlan® and is an

Q: Is
this a team website? Will the APWebinar Leaders train me for
success? A: NO!
It is open to ALL IBOs in the company who have the APFlex Program,
regardless of who your sponsor and upline are. N0! Get with your upline for
their recommended training plan. Q: Can
I add my picture or more information to my replicated site?
A: NO!
No changes can be made. You can generate a replicated site at the
link below. The site will automatically be created with your Name, Phone
Number Email Address, APFlex Signup link and MyBeneftsPlus.com

am a Basic IBO. Can I get a free site like
this? A:
Yes! As soon as you upgrade to the APFlex Program and
have a www.APFlexPlus.com site you can register for a replicated
APWebinar.com site also. (see signup link

AUTORESPONDERS: Q: How
many emails will my prospects get with the APWebinar
autoresponder? A: Your prospect will get one email from you with a link back to your company page and a direct link to your mybenefitsplus.com site. Q: I have an autoresponder series setup with another company. May I add or import the leads I generate from APWebinar.com into that autoresponder? A: It is always best to check with the company you have your autoresponder with for their rules on importing leads. Q: How
will I know when someone fills out the form on my
site? A: You
will receive an immediate email with their contact information, so
that you can follow up properly. Q: I
am not getting the emails when prospects complete the form. What
now? A: Check the spam folder in your email and check the webinar page on your site to assure you entered the correct email address. We highly recommend using your ameriplan.net email address as we can provide a 100% email deliverability guarantee. Verify your email address for deliverability and republish your site again with the correct email address if needed. Q: I
just set up my website, but do not receive any emails when the form
on my site is filled
out. A:
This could be caused by
any of the reasons below: ·
New IBOs: You are a NEW IBO and
have not activated your AmeriPlan.net Message Center. Login here to
activate. Note: You may not be able to login until your new
account is active which can take 24-48
hrs. · AmeriPlan.net Email Addresses: All IBOs who have activated their Ameriplan.net Message Center receive one ameriplan.net email address. It is ibonumber@ameriplan.net You must have the AmeriCam or AmeriCam Plus 90 day trial or paid version to have yourname@ameriplan.net or yourname@iboplus.com · Other Email Addresses: Please check you junk mail folder and verify that the email address showing on your webinar page is correct. Make sure that the email address you use DOES NOT use any email verification or filtering system, such as boxbe or earthlink. The software we use does have auto submit protection to prevent people from spamming your website form. Email

need to republish your APWebinar.com site with a different email
address, just go back to step 1 at http://www.apwebinar.com
and re-create the site with the new email

CHANGES: Q: I
would like to customize my new site. Is that
possible? A: No.
In order to keep the site totally free we do not have that
feature. Q: My
Products page shows my IBO Number on the URLS, can use my username
instead of the IBO Number. A: No.
User names change. IBO Numbers don’t. That is the reasoning in using the IBO Number in that
location. The IBO Number must be entered when creating the site of
the APFLex Signup link will not work. Q: If
I have a change of my name, phone number, email address, ibo number
or APFlex user name will I be able to update my
site? A:
YES! Just simply re-visit the replication site (listed below) and
re-enter your updated information. Your new site will automatically
created. Q:
Suppose I created a site with the wrong username or I just want to
remove my site permanently? A: Just email support@apwebinar.com with the subject line “Remove site from apwebinar”. Then provide your name, ibo number, username and your request. Q: I see you rotate the testimoniials on the site. Can I add my testimonial also? A: Yes! First you will want to submit your testimonial to AmeriPlan® Testimonials. Then if you are an ESD and above and have a great Lifestyle Testimonial email the testimonial with picture to testimonials@apwebinar.com. 5) VIDEO AND
WEBINARS:
Q: The videos or webinars will not work for me on the site. A: The videos and webinars have been tested and function properly in both IE Internet Explorer and Firefox/Mozilla browsers. Make sure you have Adobe Flash Player installed. See Adobe Flash Player Support for troubleshooting. Dialup users with Real Player installed may prefer to download the videos and webinar #2 on their site for more stable viewing. 6)
